This website www.feathernweave.com.au (Website) is owned and operated by Shiv MD Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 55 665 082 940) (‘FeathernWeave', ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’).

These Terms, which incorporate our:

(a) Terms of Sale;
(b) Privacy Policy; and
(c) Website Terms of Use,

(Terms), govern the supply of any products we supply to you, how we deal with your personal information and your
use of our Website.

By accessing or using our Website or ordering a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our Website. By continuing to access or use the Website you agree to be bound by the then current Terms.

TERMS OF SALE

Returns and exchanges

We offer a no fuss returns policy. If you have changed your mind and would like to return your product, please return your product within 30 days of purchase. Any returned product(s) must be in a saleable condition. The original packaging and tags must be intact. Send an email to customer.service@feathernweave.com.au to initiate the return process.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that:
(a) our liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature, and to the extent not prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law, is limited to $100; and otherwise
(b) our liability for defective goods is limited to the resupply of those goods or a refund for the price paid for those goods.
We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of contract, loss of production, increased financing costs or loss of reputation, howsoever arising.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Bonus gift card with purchase

Where a bonus Gift Card is issued at the time of purchase, the bonus Gift Card will be activated when you return a product to us. If a bonus Gift Card has been fully or partially redeemed, the amount redeemed will be deducted from any available refund.

How do I lodge a return?

Sending back your product is easy!

To return products to us, please send an email to customer.service@feathernweave.com.au to initiate the return process. You will need to pay for the cost of any return shipping.

How are refunds processed?

If you choose a refund, we will process this refund via the original payment method you used to place the order.

How long your refund takes and how it is processed depends on the payment method you used when you placed your order, we recommend checking in with your payment provider on their current processing times for further information.

How can I pay for an order?

You can pay for your order via our secure payment gateway.

Payments made by Visa or MasterCard will be subject to a surcharge, which may vary from time to time depending on the secure payment gateway charges. Please contact the relevant secure payment gateway provider for more information in this regard.

Why have I received an email regarding changes to my order?

The prices of our products are displayed on our Website.

We make reasonable attempts to maintain accurate information on our Website, but from time to time there may be an error. If the purchase price is more or less than the price displayed, we reserve the right to correct the error.

Our Website displays live information about stock availability. However, from time to time there may be issues with third party platforms which may impact the accurate display of stock availability. We will tell you if stock is no longer available for a product that you have purchased.

Consignments and wholesale customers

We may offer consignment stock to our wholesale customers. If you are a wholesale customer (and buy are products for resale), we will retain all right and title to the products until we receive payment in full. Risk in the products will pass to you on delivery and you will be responsible for their full replacement value (being the cost of you buying the product from us) if any product is damaged or becomes unsaleable.

Shipping Time

Domestic shipping can take approximately one to ten business days from the time a product is dispatched from our warehouse.

International shipping can take six to twelve business days depending up on the location from the time a product is dispatched from our warehouse. However, there may be delays in shipping that are out of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

For purchases in Australia, we provide free standard shipping on all your original purchases. Express or overseas shipping will incur an additional cost and we will confirm this cost at the time of checkout.

As we are based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, we therefore charge you for your Order in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to: (i) your own country's GST; and (ii) the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used. Your country's GST is subject to change in accordance with changes to your country's law. Please note Orders shipped to international countries may incur duties, customs charges and fees (including GST on duty / freight) charged by your country's Customs Service once the Order reaches its destination port. These amounts must be paid by you directly to your country's Customs Service or its authorized service provider. Separate Orders placed on the same day may still be subject to the duties, customs charges and fees, as if they were the one order. You can calculate these expected duties, customs charges and fees using your country's Custom Service duty estimator. Note that the GST on the goods has already been collected at checkout. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these duties, customs charges or fees. You should Contact your local Customs office or you can find out more information at your country's Custom Service GST and Duty FAQs. Thresholds and rates are subject to change in accordance with changes to your country's law. Additionally, your financial services provider or payment provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. The exchange rate used to determine the quantum of the refund shall be at the prevailing rate at the time the refund is made (not the original exchange rate).

If you decide to return a product you must pay for return shipping costs.

How will my order be delivered?

Your products will be delivered by Australia Post and other local couriers.

We will confirm that we are able to deliver to your nominated delivery address after your order is submitted. We will only process payment for products that you order once we have confirmed we are able to delivery your products to you.

When we deliver products to your nominated address, you must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products. Failure to take delivery of products may incur additional costs.

If you ask us to deliver products to a third party and/or site, delivery will occur when we leave the products with the nominated third party or at your nominated address.

I have made an error in my shipping address; can I change my shipping address?

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect once your order has been finalised, please email us immediately at contactus@feathernweave.com.au. The dispatch of your order may be delayed should you require an amendment or correction to your shipping details.

Delivery locations

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, nor are we able to offer equivalent delivery options to locations that we do service. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you on the relevant product page, or alternatively use the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Delivery order updates

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with tracking details. You may also receive updates from our delivery partner. If your order contains multiple products, it may be sent from different locations in multiple parcels. If that happens, you’ll receive an email for each parcel when it’s ready for delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at contactus@feathernweave.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order, for example where goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contactus@feathernweave.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Once an Order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled and the product must instead be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy.
